Shoy's Beach House - 6 Bedroom Villa on the Beach!

This house has everything, to include modern appliances, ice maker, flat grill, large washer/dryer, 65–85 inch TVs throughout, all make a perfect vacation for large/multiple families. Rich and staff are super accommodating and great host!

What a wonderful property. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with access to Shoy's Beach. It was absolutely lovely. Very responsive property manager, very comfortable beds and rooms, very complete kitchen. Pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Overall, an excellent experience.

What a great house, and what a great location! The house was perfect, with a great outdoor porch we spent a lot of time on. The beach is through the backyard, but still plenty of privacy. Rich was amazing and super helpful! Hoping to return soon!

What a lovely property. If you want casual luxury on the beach, this is your place. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable en suite bedrooms. Pool and hot tub were excellent and were well maintained. Grill and Blackstone spotless. Excellent laundry room facilities. (Guard chicken and patrol kitty cat no upcharge. Just kidding. Chickens run free on the island and you just might find one who gives you free range eggs as she did for us.). Seriously, one of the most lovely places I’ve ever been. Glad for our family memories here.
